There are two types to choose from: Standard and Heavy Duty
Standard - 1” x 1” Mesh Size made with 3/8” galvanized steel and using 13 gauge galvanized rods. Weighs approximately 1.6 lbs/sq.ft. Sturdy galvanized plates along the front width of the mat use chain hooks for the pull rope or chain. This type is commonly used on golf course greens and sometimes on baseball infields.
Heavy Duty - 1” x 1” Mesh Size made with 1/2” galvanized steel and using 6 gauge rods. Weighs approximately 3.5 lbs/sq.ft. Heavy duty steel angle plate attached to the front width of the mat uses eye bolts for the pull rope or chain. This type is commonly used for fairway core dragging and sometimes on baseball infields.
